Preliminary financial results for 2021.

The Management Board of Remak-Energomontaż S.A. (The "Company"), hereby publishes the Company's preliminary selected financial data for 2021. Sales revenue of 223.160 thousand PLN. Net profit amounts to 9.454 thousand PLN. The Management Board of the Company emphasizes that the final results shall be presented in the annual report and may differ from the preliminary financial data indicated as above.
The event was considered significant due to its importance for the Company.
